As a practicing real estate attorney, she has spent years establishing relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, insurance companies, land surveyors, contractors, interior designers, stagers, etc. As a luxury home real estate broker, Christina is unique in that she utilizes her legal expertise to assist her clients from the negotiations of the sales contract, a vital and integral part of any transaction, through to the actual closing.
